Planning, implementation, sustain and develop a QM-system according DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO TS 16949 and DIN ISO 14001
? Planning and execution of internal and external QM audits
? Secure the third party certification according to QM norm
? Development of the quality policy and the quality targets of the entity with the top management
? Developing and qualification of management and staff in all question about quality management
? Moderate FMEA workshops
? Define and establish Quality Management and Assurance processes for the remanufacturing processes
