主要職責
1.負責使用FEA仿真軟件對產品結構設計進行有限元仿真分析，發現問題，并提出優化建議；
2.負責樣件測試（主要為壓力脈動試驗），并分析失效原因；
3.結合測試失效模式，優化仿真分析約束條件，達到仿真效果和實際結果相互吻合；
4.根據工作需要負責產品設計工作；
5. 負責CAE仿真軟件及相關解決方案的技術支持工作；
6. 負責解決方案介紹、方案等資料的編寫，售前方案演講、產品演示；
7. 參與用戶培訓及項目資料整理等售后工作；
8. 參與項目爭取階段相關技術內容和文檔資料的籌備；
9.負責樣件的測試及管理工作；
10.服從領導安排的其他工作.。

任職要求
1.機械、力學、航空航天、材料等專業，碩士以上學歷
2.1-3年的實際結構CAE仿真分析經驗
3.了解結構靜力學、動力學分析
4.熟悉至少一種商用有限元軟件，如ANSYS、Abaqus、Nastran
5.能熟練使用有限元分析軟件，如Hypermesh，Ansa和Ls-Dyna等；
6.具有汽車整車廠相關工作經驗者優先；
7.較強的英語閱讀和溝通能力；
8.相關專業優秀應屆研究生也可應聘。

SWL not only supplies products to Chinese domestic automobile firms but also supplies products to overseas clients, such as Crouse of Iran and Itelma of Russia.
