DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
— To communicate accurately and in a proper way with clients on products and related therapeutical area.
— To achieve sales target and listing target within the assigned period. Maintain client information correctly and up to date.
— To obtain assigned quantity of targeted clients’ support.
— To establish daily activities report and following up objective.
— To report on competitors activities and market situation.
— To expand and penetrate the market with both new and existing products.
— To possess good product knowledge and conduct properly use of promotional materials according to company training and requirements.
— To make use of all promotional materials i.e. product information, samples, promotional aids in an appropriate and honest way. This principle also applies to organizing/ participating in academic activities.
— Effectively spend academic expense in an appropriate way.
— To inform superior of customers’ requests or result of those requests or complaints; and inform customers on result of those requests or complaints promptly.
— To perform any additional tasks as requested.
— To coordinate and cooperate well with colleagues, stakeholders to facilitate business.
— To submit all required reports on time or in advance.

— 以正確和誠實的方式使用產品資料、樣品以及推廣提示物等;同樣這一原則適用與組織和參加學術活動;
— 及時向上級和客戶溝通客戶抱怨以及處理進展;
— 和其他部門同事或相關利益者保持良好的協作;
— 按時或提前提交報告;
