What are my responsibilities?

1. Regular analysis of machining supplier quality performance and, as a rule, monthly controlling and reporting.
2. Ensuring that potential risk in the machining process are recognized in collaboration with the supplier and the coordinated action is taken to avoid / reduce such risk in the long term.
3. Performing / involvement in machining process audits for new localization project and existed supplier.
4. Collaboration in the creation and modification of machining technical specifications.
5. Collaboration in CIP projects on supplier quality management
6. Involvement in all sourcing decisions in machining supplier selection teams.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above degree, preferred major mechanical design and manufacture.
2. Over 10 years of machining working experience with production / QM; over 1 year of project management.
3. Expert mechanical design and manufacture technologies; material technology.
4. Advance measuring and testing technologies; preventive quality methods; English and negotiation level.
5. Basic QM system knowledge ISO 9000 / TS 16949 / ISO 19011 / EHS.
6. Team work spirit.
