崗位職責：
1、全面負責公司中國會計準則及得潤集團會計手冊下的法定報表的編制及準備；
2、負責制定預算，特別是滾動預算的編制；
3、及時準確，并按法定及公司要求做好賬務處理，確保管理層知悉重要交易及事項；
4、落實內(nèi)控措施及當?shù)卣奶囟ㄘ攧找?guī)定及流程；
5、及時識別公司運營過程中的各種風險管理，包括外幣，資產(chǎn)風險暴露與防范等；
6、執(zhí)行成本降低措施的復核與識別；
7、維護對外關(guān)聯(lián)方關(guān)系：如事務所，銀行，稅局海關(guān)等政府機構(gòu)；
8、及時跟進財務及法律法規(guī)的變更；
9、支持公司業(yè)務的發(fā)展。

崗位要求：
1、本科學歷，財務或會計，會計師或同等專業(yè)資格者優(yōu)先；
2、具備誠信和自律在品質(zhì)；
3、6年以上會計或財務工作經(jīng)驗，3年以上在管理經(jīng)驗；
4、中英文語言能力佳；
5、精通SAP系統(tǒng)上線流程尤佳；
6、優(yōu)秀的溝通和解決問題的能力；
7、具備領導能力及團隊精神；
8、積極主動，工作上能夠獨當一面；
9、能接受偶爾的出差。

Job Description
1. Take care of all aspects of statutory reporting under PRC GAAP and Deren group financial manual;
2. Responsible for budget preparing and rolling forecast preparing;
3. Ensure accounting and reporting are accurately and timely prepared, submitted according to requirements. Keep management informed of important of financials issues;
4. Implement internal controls and country specific accounting policies/procedures;
5. Risk management, timely identifying the risk of the operation, including currency risk, asset risk or exposure;
6. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
7. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g auditors, bankers and statutory organizations such as: tax bureau and customs;
8. Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
9. Support the company business and development.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in finance or accounting; CICPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
2. High integrity and self-disciplined;
3. Over 6 years of accounting or finance working experience with 3 years managerial experience;
4. Excellent command in both English and Chinese;
5. Master SAP system with go-living experience is preferred;
6. Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills;
7. Ability to lead and to contribute to the team;
8. Proactive , independent and strong leadership skills;
9. Travel some time is required.
