Incumbent responsibilities and Duties:
- In coordination with the Regional Stream Manager (RSM) you will set up the local organization for the business field Life Care (Occupational Health & Safety) and align it to the market needs and the service needs of our customers.

- You develop and coordinate (together with the RSM) the sales activities in your region and establish your customer network, using the knowhow and network of your colleagues and sales staff, and unlocking the market potential step by step.
- 開發并協調本地銷售活動（與區域業務經理一起），并建立客戶網絡。借助的專業銷售知識和關系網逐步打開潛在市場。
- You support the overall sales process for our services in diverse branches as well as the organization and handling of contracts and projects.
- 支持不同分支機構的整個銷售過程以及組織和處理合同與項目。
- According to the local need and in coordination with the RSM you set up a team of experts, consisting of HSE project managers and consultants, evtl. at a later stage also of occupational doctors, health experts, industrial psychologists and consultants for occupational health management.

- You cultivate and use your contacts to decision-makers at major enterprises, organizations, institutions and authorities and further develop them.

- You manage complex contracts in coordination with the RSM and other internal and external partners, taking HSE experts into consideration.

- You implement the corporate organizational principles, processes and standard procedures with respect to our QM system.

- You set up the short, medium and strategic planning for your area of responsibility.

- You guide and support the staff that is reporting to you.
- 指導并支持下屬工作。
- You lead appraisal interviews and decide in coordination with xxx, about the personal development measures for your staff.
- 主導考核面試，與相關人員一起做關于員工個人發展的決定。
