主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
各階段質量管理策劃、跟蹤、總結，前期質量問題協調解決
Quality management in different stages of the planning, tracking, summary and responsible prophase coordination to solve quality problem
主要工作Main missions:
1、參與整車開發流程的制定與評審工作；
Participate in the develop and review of the vehicle development process
2、參與新產品質量策劃；
Participate in the quality planning of new product;
3、負責研發階段質量閥的設定；
Responsible for the quality valve set in the development stage；
4、組織新產品各質量閥交付物的評審并出具質量意見；
New product of each quality valve deliverables review and issue a quality opinion
5、組織多方會議，推動質量問題的解決；
Group meeting, to promote the quality problem;
附加或特殊工作任務Specific missions and results:
直屬經理交給的其他臨時任務 Other temporary task arranged by line manager

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、大學本科及以上學歷
Bachelor degree or above
2、擁有機械制造行業從業經驗5年以上工作經驗。
Have experience more than five years working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry.
3、良好的英語口語及讀寫能力。
Fluent English both in oral and writing
4、熟悉質量工具，精通ISO9001，ISO/TS16949。
Experienced in Quality problem solving tools，Professional in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949,
5、任職過主機廠與設計公司者優先。
Worked for the OEM and the design company is preferred.
6、有良好的溝通能力
Have communication and relationship building skills
