職責(zé)描述：
? Be responsible for customer care work of China region.
? Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures
? Define and communicate customer care standards
? Direct the daily operations of the customer care team
? Supervise core customer care work, including: sales order processing, intern and external coordination, report preparation and analysis, flowing up customer inquiries, customer complaints solving and other problem solving.
? Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
? Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
? Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of work, productivity and profitability
? Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
? Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects and initiatives
? Ensure budget requirements are met
? Evaluate and performance manage staff
? Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
? Other tasks assigned by leader


任職要求：
? Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years Supply Chain/Trading/Logistics experiences
? Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
? Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
? Familiar with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is an asset
? Familiar with International trade process.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
? Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Exce
