職責描述：
. Lead tooling discussion to support both ME and tool maker for design optimization for customer delighting. 主導模具檢討，以幫助結構工程師和模具廠商來優化設計，來滿足客戶需求。
. Review and approve tooling design to support IPD projects within certain goals. 評審并批準模具設計，以滿足項目需求。
. Manage and control tooling CAD and Data. 管控模具圖紙和數據。
. Supervise tooling fabrication process and maintenance. 監管模具加工制程和保養維護。
. Support team to validate molding process for production with enough margin. 協助團隊驗證成型條件，以滿足大貨需求。
. Supply solutions and coordinate team about critical tooling/molding issues with expertise until product end of life. 在研發和生產過程中，對重大模具成型問題，提供專業知識和解決方案。
. Co-work with team to check and accept tooling for mass production and transfer. 與團隊一起驗收和移轉模具，保證大貨需求。
. Audit tooling & molding supplier with team. 與團隊一同審核審核模具廠和注塑廠。
. Support costing and purchasing team for cost accounting about tooling and molding; 協助成本團隊和采購團隊，做模具和成型的成本核算。
. Follow other tasks assigned by the leadership. 服從領導指派的各項任務。

任職要求：
. 10+ years engage in tooling and molding field; 10年以上從事模具與成型領域；
. Skill in tooling design and fabrication for precision mold; 豐富的精密模具的設計與加工經驗；
. Skill in troubleshooting about geometry and cosmetic quality during injection molding, and able to operate multi-brand injection molding skillfully, especially for remote control or keyboard. 精通各種注塑成型問題的解決，而且能夠操作各種國產臺灣產日產注塑機臺以優化調整成型條件，有遙控器或鍵盤經驗優先考慮。
. Knowledge of thermoplastic material characteristic (ABS / PC / IR ABS / HIPS / PP); 熟悉熱塑性材料特性；
. Experience of tooling release; 有模具驗收經驗；
. Familiar with ProE Creo 3.0 / Word / Excel /PPT; 熟練使用多種辦公軟件和Creo設計軟件；
. Knowledge of mold flow analysis; 會使用模流分析軟件；
. Knowledge of the cost and expense about tooling and molding; 熟悉模具和成型的各項成本；
. Able to work under pressure with flexibility to manage suppliers and deal with cross team communication; 在高強度的工作壓力下，能靈活的管理供應商和處理跨團隊的溝通；
. Strong sensor about self-motivation as excellent team player, and able to challenge oneself; 有強烈的自我激勵意識和團隊精神，愿意挑戰自己。
. College degree above. 大專以上學歷。
. English communication is preferred. 能英文溝通更好。
