崗位職責(zé)：
?負(fù)責(zé)每月收集外教課程排課需求
?負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)學(xué)生的需求選擇最合適的外教老師，并在系統(tǒng)上排課
?通過郵件/電話等方式與英美外教聯(lián)系排課，并與外教交流改善教學(xué)質(zhì)量或課堂
紀(jì)律
?負(fù)責(zé)外教每月課時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)以及薪資核算
?負(fù)責(zé)每月外教利用率統(tǒng)計(jì)
?負(fù)責(zé)外教面試與資料管理
?負(fù)責(zé)線下學(xué)生管理
1.給新學(xué)員做入門指導(dǎo)，幫助學(xué)生快速了解必益學(xué)院，進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)
2.定期與學(xué)員交流，了解學(xué)生對(duì)課程的滿意和接受程度，針對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法，進(jìn)度和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的跟進(jìn)服務(wù)
3.向家長(zhǎng)反饋學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況，提交學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度報(bào)告和課業(yè)規(guī)劃
?負(fù)責(zé)中心內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)工作和跨部門的溝通工作
1 負(fù)責(zé)跨部門的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)事宜；
2 面臨學(xué)員、家長(zhǎng)和外教老師的任何變動(dòng)情況的時(shí)候，及時(shí)通知部門相關(guān)人員，如遇無
法解決的問題，及時(shí)向中心總監(jiān)匯報(bào)；
3 定期組織TE會(huì)議，了解中心業(yè)務(wù)情況，培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

任職要求：
?本科以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)或有留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先，
?英文聽說讀寫流利，樂于與人溝通，能夠自如與英美老師郵件/電話溝通
?有教育行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
?責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，踏實(shí)肯干，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
