Work in China Sourcing team and provide financial supporting to our Denmark Headquarter

Being part of a global Financial Analysis team, work together with business managers to follow up on financials in their business area, including:

-Forecasting, financial analysis and financial KPI’s

-P&L Management, monthly closure and follow up

-Invoicing and cost controlling

-Management reporting, including preparation of material and presentations



You will be working in a demanding, but also friendly and enthusiastic environment with highly motivated colleagues. You will be able to work closely with international colleagues as well as colleagues in the local NNIT China finance department. Travel to the European headquarter should be expected.

Requirements:

· Master /bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance

· 5+ years of relevant working experience in a finance department – several of these as a business/financial controller. Most recent 2 years working on financial analysis/or provide financial analysis to project managers. Experience from a multinational information technology company is an advantage

· Very Good English skills - both oral and written

· Experienced user of MS office software, - especially high level of skills in Excel is a requirement

· Experience in using Microsoft Dynamic AX is an advantage as well as basic understanding of SQL and VBA

· Good at communication and outgoing

· You act responsibly and meet deadlines, even when busy.



Responsibilities:

You will work as part of a global finance team, primarily doing tasks in close collaboration with colleagues in our European headquarter.



Challenges

Physically you will work in our Chinese office in a team consisting of colleagues working for our local business as well as many other employees working for our headquarter in Europe. You will report to your local manager in our Chinese office.



You will be able to rapidly improve your cooperation/communication skills as you work closely with finance staff and project managers in Europe and will be using English on a daily basis. You will also be involved in project groups and on an on-going basis help to improve processes and communication between the finance unit and the business functions.
