職責(zé)描述:Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesA. Admissions1.Oversee student recruitment at all entry points2.Liaise with prospective families providing admission information and tour of the school 3.Follow up with families after school tours and provide additional information4.review of school enrolment data to identify opportunities and risks 5.Oversee student placement assessment6.Oversee new student orientation including preparing welcome packs7.Oversee the re-enrolment of current students for the following year8.Prepare relevant statistics for student admissions9.Report to the Principal weekly admission activity and results10.Monitor external trends and produce regular reports on key application trends to inform school decision making and advice the Principal on admissions strategies to maintain maximum enrolment B.Marketing1.Develop marketing material including admission documents, school recruitment brochures and other supporting material2.Regular review of external publications for content, accuracy, thoroughness, readability, appeal and concurrence with TISR’s corporate image3.Coordinate advertising including on-line channels, off-line channels, Media, etc. for TISR and appropriate school wide events, generate enquiries 4.Monitor TISR publications to ensure consistency of branding5.Monitor school presentation, including reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel6.Oversee website to ensure accuracy of content and consistency of branding7.Develop relationships with company representatives and other related channels8.Develop relationships with current and potential feeder schoolsC.Community Relations1.Promote positive relationships with parents and outside community2.Liaise with Parent School Partnership committee 3.Oversee production of Student Directory4.Coordinate appropriate TISR gifts for guestsD.Management1.Supervise Marketing and Admissions team2.Prepare annual budget for marketing and advertising 3.Participate in Senior Management Team meetings as required任職要求:1.Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English2.Bachelor’s degree with major course in marketing, sales and etc.3.5-10 years’ related working experience in international education industry4.Be able to build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention5.Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken6.Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams
