崗位職責：1、據顧客的要求(質量/交期/成本等)制定公司內部的產品開發要求Develop internal product development requirements according to the requirements of customers (quality/delivery/cost, etc.) 2、制定項目開發進度表，確定關鍵節點；Establish project development schedule, determine the key node3、管理及負責供應商試模、樣件測量結果分析，并協助模具驗收及解決相關品質、技術問題；Management and responsible for the supplier to try mold, sample measurement result analysis, and assist mold acceptance and solve the problems related to quality, technology 4、協同客戶、供應商解決在制造及項目進程控制方面的問題；Cooperative clients, suppliers to solve problems in manufacture and project process control 5、負責各階段的項目評審，定期召開項目會議，讓項目組成員及時了解項目狀況Responsible for project review at each stage, regularly holding project meetings to keep project team members informed of project status6、定期與客戶匯報項目情況，及時將客戶需求傳遞至相關部門Regularly report project status to clients and ****ly convey client requirements to relevant departments7、項目成本控制，按照項目預算，控制項目各階段的項目成本Project cost control, according to the project budget, controlling the project cost at each stage of the project8、項目風險管理，及時識別項目潛在風險，確保項目順利交付投產Project risk management, timely identification of potential risks in the project, ensuring smooth delivery and production of the project9、負責項目團隊管理工作，監督團隊開發進展，做好團隊人才建設 Responsible for project team management work, supervise team development progress, and responsible for team talent development10、及時完成上級領導交辦的其他工作任務。Timely complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.崗位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，Bachelor degree or above.2、五年以上汽車零部件行業產品開發項目管理工作經驗More than five years of experience in product development and project management in the automotive parts industry3、三年以上項目團隊管理經驗More than three years of project team management experience4、熟悉ISO/ IATF 16949，精通 APQP，PPAP，FMEA等工具；Familiar with ISO/IATF16949, proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other tools5、熟悉注塑成型，鈑金沖壓，鍛造壓鑄制成工藝和表面處理工藝；Familiar with injection molding, sheet metal stamping, forging and die casting process and surface treatment process6、熟練掌握Auto CAD, solid works等相關軟件Proficiency in Auto CAD, Solid Works and other related software7、較強的英語聽說讀寫能力，英語能夠作為工作語言Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can be used as a working language8、具備管理和領導下屬項目工程師的能力 Ability to manage and lead subordinate project engineers.
