Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for formulating and executing the overall strategy of the Finance Shared Services Center, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategic goals.2. Define the scope of services, service levels, and operational models, and continuously optimize them to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.3. Adjust the service offerings and model of the Finance Shared Services Center according to the company's business development and changes.4. Responsible for managing the Finance Shared Services Center globally, including financial operations and teams in different regions or countries.5. Ensure standardization of financial processes across regions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of global financial accounting.6. Handle communication and coordination between regions, addressing cross-border tax, compliance, and other issues.7. Lead the global Finance Shared Services team, managing recruitment, training, performance ****uations, and career development of team members.8. Cultivate an efficient cross-functional team, ensuring continuous talent development and enhancing global collaboration capabilities.9. Responsible for optimizing financial processes and driving information technology and digital transformation, such as implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, automation tools, etc., to improve financial accounting efficiency.10. Continuously ****uate and improve financial systems to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data.11. Provide financial reports and risk assessments from various perspectives to support the company's strategic decision-making.12. Timely identify and resolve potential financial issues.13. Ensure that the operations of the global Finance Shared Services Center comply with local laws and regulations and internal control standards.14. Ensure all financial activities comply with international accounting standards and other relevant regulations.15. Identify potential financial risks and take effective control measures to mitigate any financial impact on the company.16. Ensure that the company's global financial activities undergo external audits.17. Act as the liaison with external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance in the company's financial operations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc Finance) is preferred, especially for candidates with experience managing shared services centers in large enterprises.2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and other relevant financial or audit-related certifications is a plus.3. Over 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of management experience in global or multinational companies, particularly in areas such as financial shared services, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and finance operations.4. Experience in senior management positions within financial shared services centers, financial operations management, or financial process optimization.5. Proven experience managing cross-regional or cross-national teams, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple regions and cultures.6. Capable of taking the lead of a diverse team a diverse team, driving the implementation of global finance shared services strategies.7. Able to make quick decisions under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.8. Change management experience, with the ability to effectively drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in finance shared services centers.9. Familiar with best practices and process optimization methods for finance shared services centers.10. Proficient in SAP and financial automation tools.11. Well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experienced in global financial compliance management.12. Strong English language skills (both oral and written), with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions globally.13. Experience in handling global diversity and cultural differences.14. Drive the optimization and innovation of the company's finance shared services center.15. Ability to align the continuous digital transformation of finance shared services with the evolving needs of the company.16. Able to remain flexible in the face of change and uncertainty, adapting to rapid changes in company and market dynamics.17. Capable of maintaining calm and efficiency in high-pressure work environments.
