主要負(fù)責(zé)前起落架的整個大修工藝，短短三個月建立起了整個框架并投入生產(chǎn)，并擔(dān)任前起落架生產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人，在生產(chǎn)中對項目進(jìn)行實踐和跟蹤持續(xù)改進(jìn)。 In charge of whole nose landing gear overhaul procedure, including document review, router prepare ,special tooling design and etc. After threes mouths set a complete structure and performed in shop some time. During this time become nose landing gear team leader, on site monitor and continuous improvement this structure.

主要負(fù)責(zé)人之一 One of responsibility engineers

負(fù)責(zé)工卡工藝及特殊工裝的設(shè)計，根據(jù)維修手冊編制維修工藝卡，確定部件維修的流程，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計維修中需要的特種工裝，方便拆裝測試等。該項目是公司的第一次機(jī)型改進(jìn)項目，為了節(jié)省生產(chǎn)成本及縮短生產(chǎn)周期建立的一個項目，基本推翻了以前的項目從基礎(chǔ)重新開始，項目結(jié)束后不僅大大節(jié)省了成本，也使生產(chǎn)周期縮短了2倍多。 Corrected and updated work procedure, the major is router prepare and special tooling design and purchase. After finish this project, finished A320 overhaul, compare with previous, lead time less more than two times and decrease the cost.
