SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Work as HR BP to support business need and department requirements
?Involved in the making of company’s human resources strategy, draft, improve and optimize related human resources regulation and standard process
?Implement and monitor the performance and development program in order to motivate employees and retain high performers
?Responsible for employee relations management, including employee activities, rewarding, movement, discipline and labor disputes etc. to ensure ER management meet business requirement and comply with local law
?Develop annual training plan and budget according to the requirements of enterprise development, follow-up, track the training plan with high effectiveness and implementation
?Cooperate with C&B and recruitment team closely for daily operation
?Other tasks assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
?Good capability of English, especially need to be able to prepare HR documents in English
?Familiar with professional HR knowledges, deep understanding in C&B and training is preferred
?Careful, patient, enthusiasm, initiative and reliable working behavior
?Ability to work under pressure, team work and accurately, efficiently
?Presentation skills is preferable
EDUCATION
?Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR or related is preferred
EXPERIENCE
?At least 8-year related experience in HR, above 3-year working experience in MNC experience is preferred
