職責(zé)描述：
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品（醫(yī)療一次性耗材）生產(chǎn)過程的工藝設(shè)計及跟蹤控制；
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品工藝文件的編制、修訂；
3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)階段的工藝交底，及培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)工作；
4、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中的技術(shù)支持，包括異常問題的分析、對策、預(yù)防和控制；
5、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)BOM編制、維護(hù)，及裝配方面的物料整理（包括工程變更BOM）；
6、負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)操作人員熟悉工藝技術(shù)，檢查現(xiàn)場操作人員的工藝執(zhí)行情況；
7、完成產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中的設(shè)計驗證、過程確認(rèn)、風(fēng)險管理工作；
8、負(fù)責(zé)公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備（自動化組裝機）進(jìn)行維護(hù)和改進(jìn)


任職要求：
1、 專業(yè)：大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷；機電一體化、工藝設(shè)計制造等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
2、熟練運用CAD、SolidWorks，UG軟件進(jìn)行工裝夾具設(shè)計；
3、工作經(jīng)驗： 3年以上，具有工藝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和醫(yī)療儀器安裝調(diào)試工藝管理經(jīng)驗；
4、熟悉ISO 13485、具有醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗尤佳；
5、熟悉PFMEA，IQ/OQ/PQ，PPAP，作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書及工藝流程圖；
6、熟練使用PLC
