Job Title: Data Analyst
Department: Sales Operations, Asia Pacific
SUMMARY
This position will responsible for driving the success of the APAC sales team. The candidate will work in close partnership with sales operations, Trainers and APAC Sales team. This individual will design ad-hoc reports and analysis, perfect internal SOP and logistics support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Maintain current reports like Trainer’s schedule dashboard
? Work cross functionally with Sales Teams, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing, IT to develop simple reports.
? Provide ad hoc analysis on a need to basis, in response to requests or to support recommendations.
? Data collection, reduction and preliminary analysis like Training Survey, Insight data, Quiz results and ad-hoc feedback collections.
? Clear up PDM list of Asia Pacific, develop and maintain Organization Charts.
? Cross- functional communication with Asia Pacific sales teams.
? DataMart access security management and SOP design
? Logistic support for Asia Pacific trainings and meetings
? Field visit with Sales Team to support internal data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS
? Good communication skills, with a sense of teamwork and coordination skills
? Strong learning capacity in a dynamic, fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
? Be proactive in the work and independent positive thinking
? Strong logical thinking and good data analysis ability, able to establish recommendations with data support
? With high sense of responsibility, patience and confidentiality consciousness (Data security awareness for both external and internal persons).
? Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree, major in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Information Management and System or other related professional is preferred.
? Has two years and above experience in data collection, statistics and analysis
? Proficient in Excel, SQL or Access and PowerPoint.
? Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
? Fluent English and Mandarin required.
